- Prioritising your content – building towards your objectives
- Creating a safe and positive learning environment
- Structuring your session – introduction, development areas and effective summaries
- Promoting a “discovery based” learning environment
- Facilitation techniques – 9 key methods to engage the learners
- Managing a virtual classroom – tools and techniques
- Delegates will deliver 2 x 20-minute sessions as part of the course and receive group and trainer feedback
