About this service

NHS Professionals recruit and train new-to-care Healthcare Support Workers and have successfully placed 5,000 new trainees, across 36 NHS Trusts, over the last 5 years. By working in partnership with NHS organisations, we have increased fill rates and improved retention which, in turn, has reduced agency spend.

  • Pastoral support to both trainees and Trust mentors during completion of Care Certificate
  • Programmes include Acute, Mental Health, Paediatrics, Community, Maternity and Patient Safety Support
