This month, the local NHS Professionals team at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust proudly celebrated the exceptional contributions of five of our dedicated Bank Members. As part of our ongoing Bank Member of the Month recognition initiative, we were delighted to honour Jacqueline Manning, Iyanuoluwa Elizabeth Adeyemi, Joan Java, Rachel Round, and Mercy Warden for their outstanding service and commitment.
These individuals were selected based on nominations highlighting their professionalism, positive attitude, and the meaningful impact they have made in their roles. Each winner received a certificate of achievement along with a small prize as a token of our appreciation.
Aishah Chaudhri, Flexible Worker Advisor for NHS Professionals at Royal Berkshire Trust, had the privilege of presenting the awards in person. She said that “it was a pleasure to meet each of the recipients, hear more about their experiences, and personally thank them for the vital work they do.” We also captured the moment with photographs to mark the occasion and celebrate their well-deserved recognition.
The Bank Member of the Month programme is an important way for NHS Professionals to acknowledge and celebrate the flexible workers who go above and beyond every day. Our bank members play a crucial role in supporting the Trust, ensuring continuity of care, and upholding the highest standards in patient service.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to this month’s winners and thank all our bank members for their continued hard work, and support. Your contributions make a real difference across the NHS, and we are proud to have you as part of our team.
