NHS Professionals in partnership with Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for Community District Registered Nurses to join the bank.

Location – working within the community teams across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Pay rate – Day rate: £16.97

Night/Saturday rate: £22.06

Sunday/Bank Holiday rate: £27.15

Hours & Working Pattern could be Flexible depending on the placement requirements with the working hours available - Monday to Friday with some occasional weekend shifts available.

We are seeking Community Registered Nurses who are motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and team working skills to join our bank with Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.

In order to apply for a post you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role held within the last 2 years and hold NMC Registered Nurse qualification and a valid PIN.

The post holder should be able:

  • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care packages
  • To be responsible in organising own time management on a daily basis in line with caseload demands balancing patient needs with the administrative aspect of the role
  • To take appropriate action to ensure the safety of patients, including the delegation of patient care to staff with the appropriate level of skill at all times and to report any accidents/ incidents to the Nurse in Charge as appropriate.
  • To maintain accurate records at all times, ensuring appropriate reporting mechanisms are used
  • To be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all patient care records on the electronic patient management system
  • To be responsible for attending training sessions for the safe use of medical devices and equipment and ensure that all equipment is used safely and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
