The Bank Member of the Month Award acknowledges the excellent contribution that Bank Members make to their local Trust and the wider NHS.
All nominees will go on to receive a certificate and one top nomination from each Trust, as selected by the NHS Professionals Marketing Team, and will also receive a pin badge as a ‘thank you’ for their hard work.
Each month, from the Trust winners, an NHS Professionals Trust Account Director will select the two overall winners, one from the North and one from the South, who has received a nomination for excellent performance, either from a manager, colleague, or patient within their Trust. These two people will win a £100 voucher.
We also have a new, simpler nomination form to make it easier for you to recognise your colleagues.
If you have experienced outstanding work, attitudes or contribution from a NHS Professional Bank Member then please leave a nomination for them to be in with a chance of winning a Bank Member of the Month Award.
Important Information
Nominations will open on the first of the month and will close on the last day of the month
Bank Member of the Month operates between February – November, so submissions will be closed in January and December
Everyone nominated for a Bank Member of the Month Award will receive a branded certificate
The top nominee from each Trust will be selected by the NHS Professionals Marketing Team and will receive a pin badge and certificate
The overall winner for the North and South will receive a £100 Love2Shop voucher, certificate, thank you card, and pin badge
An Account Director from the North will decide the winner from the North and an Account Director from the South will decide the winner from the South, selected from all the top Trust winners
All winners and nominees who received nominations for the month in question will receive their award in the following month to allow time for judging and the ordering of required collateral
Once the award for the winners from the North and South has arrived, a presentation will be organised by the NHS Professionals Account Director during a convenient shift
