Essential
•Secondary Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
•Previous experience of staff development and performance management
•Demonstrable experience
•Proven knowledge
•Ability to handle difficult/distressed patients in a sensitive and empathetic manner.
•Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
•Proven ability to work on own initiative but also as a member of the team.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Time management skills
•Good communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity, and effectiveness at all levels
Desirable
•Previous Clerical experience
•NHS experience
•Previous Reception experience
