£200 April Incentive
Terms and Conditions
- Applicable to all shifts worked under these N&M codes CSW00, CSW03, CSW60, ASP00, RN00, RN03, RN60 excluding any areas/departments that benefit from an alternative enhanced rate of pay.
- Eligible shifts must be worked on a ward or clinical area (shifts at Vaccine hubs will not be included in the incentive).
- Clinical staff who hold an honorary contract with the Trust who are registered with the bank will be eligible and treated as a bank only worker.
- Multi post holders (Substantive staff) must work 6 shifts between 1st and 30th April to qualify for payment.
- Bank only and Bank Exclusive contract holders need to work a minimum of 12 shifts between 1st and 30th April to qualify for payment.
- Eligible shifts run from Monday early to Saturday Late – all Sunday shifts and Bank Holidays are excluded.
- Eligible shifts must be a minimum of 5 hours.
- Rostered shift times must not be manipulated to enable qualification for the incentive i.e.night shifts should not be split into two.
- Only shifts worked at a University Hospitals Southampton NHS Trust site will qualify
- All shifts must be authorised and released by 8th May 2022 to qualify.
- Bonus payment will be made on 20th May 2022.
Any shifts that have been worked and has received the Bonus £50 CSW00 and £100 RN00 will not qualify for this incentive.
