Clinical Dietitian
Dietitian needed to join the NHS Professionals Bank!
We have flexible bank shifts and long-term placement opportunities available for HCPC registered dietitians available at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. We have opportunities for Band 6 or Band 7 dietitians to work in acute adults, paediatrics and community roles, with inpatients and outpatients as well as the potential to offer remote working. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a specialist dietetic service
- Work in a variety of clinical settings as relevant to the speciality. This may include inpatients and/or outpatients.
- Work as a member of the multidisciplinary teams and attend multidisciplinary meetings as required
- Provide nutritional support and advice to patients including management of oral nutrition support and enteral feeding
Must have Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Current HCPC registration as a dietitian
- Appropriate specialist dietetic skills, knowledge and experience in relevant clinical areas
