Incentive Update
The Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust are offering a “40% Pay uplift” on the standard hourly day rate that will apply across all shifts booked less than 48 hours before the shift start time for “Day, Night/Saturday and Sunday/Bank Holiday shifts inclusive of enhancements.

The incentive will run until the 31st January 2022 and will apply to the below areas for all assignment codes worked: -
Please do not cancel any pre-booked shifts as this will be monitored and could result in you not being eligible for the uplift.
All shifts will need to be released by the 13th of February and the payment date will be the 25th of February 2022
