The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust Bank works in partnership with NHS Professionals (NHSP) to recruit bank staff. When you join the NHSP bank you are subject to its terms and conditions but you’ll enjoy a number of perks.

We specialise in flexible working, which means you decide where you work, what you do and how much, in line with your qualifications and training. It’s your choice and you’re in control.

You might be someone already employed by an NHS Trust and want extra shifts or a new temporary placement there. Or you might not be employed at a Trust and prefer to be a fully flexible Member, picking up shifts and placements at a Trust or Trusts of your choice to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

Depending on your qualifications and skills, we have access to work in all grades and specialties across the NHS including nursing and midwifery, allied health professionals, healthcare scientists, personal social services and non-clinical such as administration, finance, estates and facilities.
